Perfect for batch cooking for an easy grab and go!

Ingredients:
4 oz diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup 0% MF Greek yogurt
1/2 celery stalk, diced 1 green onion, chopped
1/2 apple, diced
1/4 cup red grapes, sliced in half
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Himalayan salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup greens
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice and salt & pepper.
Stir in the chicken, apple, celery, grapes and walnuts.
Serve on a bed of fresh greens.
Optional: garnish with cilantro.
