Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Directions:


  1. Heat the oats, vanilla, cinnamon and water on the stove at medium heat for about 8 minutes or until the oats have absorbed the water.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder.

  3. Top with sliced strawberries, chia seeds and almond butter.
